"This course was a godsend for me. I have struggled with anxiety for many years.  I found the meditation sessions to be soothing and calming, and I used them when dealing with stressful situations.  The journaling activities were fabulous.  They woke up a long-dormant creative side of me that I am excited to rekindle!  And now I look at every piece of paper I handle in a new light: " Can I use this for a collage?"
 
Using art as a method to express difficult emotions, while also lowering anxiety and stress, if a fun and non-threatening way to accomplish bliss without drugs!!!! .    I highly recommend this course to help lower anxiety and stress.  It allows  your inner creativity to surface, without any judgement, while helping to heal yourself.
