About the event
A 2-hour art journaling workshop to help you tap into the subconscious. Connect between color & archetypes to evoke a unique, personal mantra. Participants will create a handmade journal and fill it with artwork and writing using collage and paint. No worries if you are not an artist, I will guide you step by step through the process. A relaxing sound bath will be offered, as well as a guided meditation to encourage and inspire the process. All materials will be provided. This is for all levels of skill.
