Through yoga, meditation, art, writing, and sound baths, you'll ease tension from your body and quiet the mental chatter. Writing and mindful art-making will help you reconnect with your inner voice—the one that gets drowned out in daily life. No experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to slow down.
