Don't let anxiety and stress control your life. It's time for you to take back the wheel and regain your sense of self-empowerment and find healing. Be guided step by step with simple, fun practices to help calm your mind, relax your body, restore your innate ability to heal yourself and feel more joy.
This course was created to be a transformative journey from feeling stressed, anxious and unhappy to finding emotional resilience and self-empowerment. Cari will lead participants to embark on a profound exploration of the roots of their stress and anxiety, and teach tools to deal with the emotional and physical symptoms through mindful play.
Visual journaling will be the core component of this transformative process. Through the act of creative expression (No art skills needed), participants can access emotions, subconscious patterns and answers that may be hidden beneath the surface. This visual medium provides a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings, allowing for a deeper understanding of their triggers and symptoms. As they engage in the process of art making, they will discover their own unique tools that will serve as gateways to healing.
Guided meditations, sound healing and breathwork will be woven into this transformational journey, creating a place for deep relaxation, release, and healing. These profound tools are the backbone of the course.
The overall program fosters a sense of personal empowerment and agency, reminding participants that they have control over their thoughts and reactions, and the strength to make positive changes in their lives. Using visual imagery along with journal writing to relieve anxiety symptoms is a powerful and holistic way to address the effects of emotional stress on the mind and body. The course will then focus on engaging mindfully in creative ways through simple and fun art making and writing. No art skills are needed. Cari will teach you how to engage in your creativity in comfortable, playful ways that enhance self-expression, release stuck stress within the body and bring back joy into your life.
Throughout this process, Cari will demonstrate the techniques and give you tools to use as a practice during and after the workshop to help you continue to manage stress and anxiety, build resilience and find self-empowerment. This program has been thoughtfully curated to create a safe learning environment for all.
